DIAGENICS was founded in April 2001 in Germany based upon the technology arising in diagnostic biochemistry. DIAGENICS International Corporation was incorporated in Delaware (and has been granted a certificate to operate in Massachusetts). The Company now has a Research and Development Center with laboratories and offices in Woburn, MA and the Corporate HQ / Business Development Center for worldwide operations in the Financial District of Boston, MA. The European Offices in Düsseldorf continue to be the center of operations for Europe. The intent in setting up DIAGENICS International Corporation was to build a world-class biomedical company capable of discovering and developing diagnostic, therapeutics, and vaccines that detect and treat some of the major diseases of the present age.
