RheoGene is developing a pipeline of indications in which RTS is the vehicle for regulated therapeutic gene delivery. Our lead program is malignant glioma, which is designed to demonstrate safety and efficacy of controlled therapeutic protein delivery to set the stage for applying RTS to other cancer and noncancer indications with a variety of therapeutic genes. We are also developing stem cell therapeutics to treat degenerative ocular disorders, a program funded in part by a NIST-ATP award.
